    Es wäre toll wenn bei den jeweiligen übungen näher beschrieben wird was man trainiert. Also nicht nur arme sondern ob zum beispiel der trizeps oder bizeps mehr beansprucht wird.

  9. Eigenes Training / Trainings anpassen

    Es wäre schön, wenn man eigene Trainings erstellen, bzw. bestehende Trainings anpassen könnte. Ich absolviere z.B. zur Zeit Bikini Bootcamp 1 - als Mutter eines Säuglings kann ich aber schlecht eine halbe Stunde draußen Ausdauertraining machen. Stattdessen würde ich gerne eine andere Übung in meinen Trainingsplan integrieren.

  10. Sprachsteuerung

    Es wäre praktisch, wenn man bei Übungen mit Wiederholungen per Sprachsteuerung das Erreichen des Ziels anzeigen könnte und nicht den Button drücken müsste.

    Die Reihenfolge der Übungen wird im Workoutcreator automatisch erstellt. ich möchte dies selbst festlen, ein Warm up voranstellen oder ein Cooldown im Anschluss. Kann ich momentan nicht. gerne möchte ich in Supersätzen trainieren, geht von der Einstellung her auch nicht.

  18. Die Möglichkeit Lauf-Training in/als Workout zu integrieren. Es sollte zumind. als Cardio-Einheit in den Kalender aufnehmbar sein.

    Ich muss so zwei Trainingskalender führen. Mein Lauftraining integrieren zu können wäre super!
